Devcor LLC operates from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, building production software for clients across Europe, the Gulf, and Central Asia.

Who we are

Devcore is a custom software development company. We are engineers who build and operate software for clients who need it to work — internal platforms, customer products, integrations, and the infrastructure that keeps them running.

We deliberately stayed a small, senior team rather than a body shop. Every project is staffed by people who can make architectural decisions, not just execute tickets. That is why our estimates hold and why our clients talk directly to the people writing the code.

The company is registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, which gives international clients a straightforward contracting path with multi-currency invoicing, and gives us access to a strong regional engineering talent pool in Bishkek.

We work in English and Russian, in a time zone that overlaps the European and Gulf working day — close enough for real-time collaboration, without the overhead of an on-site team.
