We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of our commercial relationships. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of a development engagement, we act as a data processor under the terms of the relevant agreement.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run our business:

• Contact data you provide voluntarily — name, email address, company name, and the content of your message when you write to us.
• Contractual data — the details required to conclude and perform a contract, including company registration details, signatory information, and billing details.
• Technical data — aggregated and anonymised analytics about how this website is used, such as page views, approximate region, device type, and referring source.

We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

• To respond to enquiries and provide the information you asked for.
• To negotiate, conclude, and perform contracts for our services.
• To comply with accounting, tax, and other legal obligations in the Kyrgyz Republic.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

The legal bases for this processing are your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering one, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business.

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. It does not use cookies for tracking, does not create persistent identifiers for visitors, and does not follow visitors across other websites. The data collected is aggregated and cannot be used to identify an individual visitor.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the conversation remains commercially relevant and then deleted. We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including access control on a need-to-know basis, encryption of data in transit, and confidentiality obligations binding on all personnel and subcontractors. When we build or maintain software for a client, we may be given access to systems containing personal data belonging to that client's users. We do not use client project data for any purpose of our own.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.
